Our nursery enjoys an excellent reputation. In 1996 we were recognised as a centre of good practice by the Rural Development Commission and featured in their Good Practice Guide.

Consistently high standards of educational provision are reflected in outstanding Ofsted reports and the prestigious and nationally recognised Investors in People award was received in May 2000. More recently The Old School House became the first day nursery in the country to be awarded IIP UK Champion status.

The Old School House is registered with Ofsted and eligible for the nursery education funding (available to 3 and 4 year olds), which means parents can benefit from funding support.
